Kayaks Plus will email you a ‘pro-forma’ PDF invoice showing the item(s) selected and their price, plus any courier/freight costs*.

Using our bank account details and the reference code, you should pay this invoice within 3 working days. (To speed up the order + dispatch process, please take a ‘screen shot’ of your bank’s deposit confirmation and email it to us.)

Delivery

PFDs, clothing and accessories will normally be dispatched within 2 days of your payment. Allow 1-2 weeks for kayaks to be dispatched. If any items are temporarily out of stock, we’ll contact you with a revised date.

* If your delivery address is in an outlying suburb, small town or rural delivery area, the transport cost will be higher since freight companies/couriers charge an extra ‘rural’ fee.
