By submitting the Kayak Hire request form, you agree to the following conditions:

Rental fee covers normal wear of careful recreational paddling and appropriate transport.
I will pay for any loss and/or damage caused in transport, storage or use [you should arrange your own temporary insurance cover].
I will return all rental gear in clean and undamaged condition by the agreed time [late returns will be charged for extra days].
